No Monthly Fees!
Despite being a full service real estate office, Covenant Realty does not charge any monthly fees. There is, however, a minimum annual production requirement of $500.

100% Commission Level
Experienced agents start at 80%.

Starting every January 1st, once an agent has earned $12,000* for Covenant Realty, the agent will be paid at the 100% commission level on self-generated transactions less a $75 transaction fee for the remainder of the year.

*At least $8000 of the 12,000 must result from self-generated transactions.

Gross Revenue Sharing
Effective February 8, 2008

Covenant Realty agents who recruit new agents will receive 50% of what the company earns from those recruited agents during their first year and 25% thereafter! This applies to non-company generated leads.
